Ardea Resources Ltd has advanced its joint venture with the Japanese consortium of Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd and Mitsubishi Corporation, receiving critical approvals from the Australian Foreign Investment Review Board and the Korea Fair Trade Commission. The joint venture, focused on developing the Kalgoorlie Nickel Project – Goongarrie Hub, is a significant step in Australia-Japan collaboration on critical minerals. Ardea continues to progress on the Definitive Feasibility Study for the project, with expectations to meet the remaining conditions in Q3 2024.
