Arctic Star Exploration Corp. has confirmed that Margaret Lake Diamonds Inc. has sold its 18.5% stake in the Diagras Joint Venture to a new, privately held company. Arctic Star has consented to this sale and will maintain its 81.5% interest and position as the operator of the venture. The transaction adheres to the original terms and Arctic Star is continuing its focus on diamond exploration, including recent significant discoveries and ongoing projects in Finland.
