Arctic Paper S.A. ( (PL:ATC) ) has issued an update.

Arctic Paper S.A. has warned that its 2025 consolidated annual results will be significantly hit after its Swedish-listed pulp subsidiary Rottneros AB published sharply weaker preliminary figures for the fourth quarter of 2025, with estimated EBITDA falling to SEK -180 million from SEK 10 million a year earlier. The deterioration is attributed mainly to continued weakness in the global pulp market, which has pushed down USD-denominated selling prices, and to the depreciation of the US dollar against the Swedish krona, eroding local-currency prices and margins and underscoring the group’s sensitivity to commodity cycles and exchange-rate movements.
