Arctic Paper S.A. ( (PL:ATC) ) has provided an update.

Arctic Paper S.A. has met all conditions precedent under its new syndicated term and revolving credit facility agreement with a consortium of banks led by BNP Paribas Bank Polska, enabling the first drawdown of funds on 19 December 2025. The company immediately used this initial disbursement to fully repay its previous investment and revolving credit facilities concluded in 2021 and subsequently amended, effectively refinancing its existing debt structure and potentially improving the group’s financial flexibility and alignment of funding with current strategic needs.
