Arctic Paper S.A. ( (PL:ATC) ) has shared an update.

Arctic Paper S.A. reported preliminary figures showing the Group generated estimated consolidated sales of PLN 745.1 million in Q4 2025 and PLN 3.2 billion for the full year, but incurred net losses of PLN 75.4 million in the quarter and PLN 175.4 million for 2025. On a standalone basis, the company booked modest sales of PLN 4.6 million in Q4 and PLN 63.5 million for the year, with a quarterly net loss of PLN 18 million but a full‑year net profit of PLN 16.1 million, reflecting different dynamics between the parent entity and the wider Group.

Management attributed the weak Group performance to another quarter of difficult market conditions, as subdued demand and strong competition kept prices under pressure while high raw material costs and volatile exchange rates eroded margins. Profitability in the pulp segment was particularly hit by persistently high wood prices, underscoring ongoing cost challenges ahead of the detailed 2025 annual report and audited results due for publication in April 2026.
