Arctic Fox Lithium Corp. is set to bolster its financial position with a non-brokered private placement, aiming to raise $150,000 by selling units at CDN$0.03 each, which include a common share and a purchase warrant. The funds from this offering, expected to close by March 26, 2024, will support the company’s general working capital. Investors in the placement will be subject to a four-month hold period.
