Arctic Fox Lithium Corp. has successfully completed the initial phase of its funding efforts by closing the first tranche of a private placement, issuing 5.1 million units at $0.015 each for a total of $76,500. These funds are earmarked for general working capital, with the units consisting of shares and purchase warrants. Notably, an insider of the company, Harry Chew, participated in the placement, which was conducted in compliance with relevant regulations regarding related party transactions.
