ARCpoint Inc. has significantly expanded its distribution network and potential user base for the MyARCpointLabs technology platform through a transformative transaction with Any Lab Test Now, creating the largest U.S. franchise network in its field. The deal has enabled ARCpoint to streamline operations, reduce costs, and focus on developing AI-driven tools and services to enhance consumer health and wellness understanding. Additionally, ARCpoint has seen a reduction in headcount and associated costs, while issuing new stock options as part of its corporate restructuring.
