Arcontech CEO Increases Stake with Share Purchase

Arcontech (GB:ARC) has released an update.

Arcontech Group PLC’s CEO, Matthew Jeffs, along with his wife, has increased their stake in the company by purchasing 60,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 119 pence per share. This transaction boosts Jeffs’ total holdings to 995,000 shares, accounting for 7.44% of the company’s issued share capital. Such insider buying might indicate a positive outlook for the company’s future performance.
