Archosaur Games Inc. has announced the grant of 200,000 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to an employee under their RSU Scheme, with no performance targets required for vesting. The RSUs will vest in tranches over a three-year period, aiming to incentivize and retain talented staff for the company’s growth. After this grant, 11,075,000 shares remain available for future grants under the RSU Scheme.
