Archosaur Games Inc. has announced significant changes to its board, with the resignation of two directors, Ms. Liu Ming and Mr. Bai Kun, effective from August 23, 2024, both of whom left amicably without any disputes. In their stead, Mr. Li Nachuan with a deep background in gaming and finance has been appointed as a non-executive Director, and Ms. Wang Jing as an independent non-executive Director, who will also chair the remuneration committee and join the audit and nomination committees.
