Archer Limited has vested 109,264 restricted stock units as part of its long-term incentive program, resulting in the issuance of an equal number of common shares. Of these, 79,200 shares have been distributed to employees, while the remainder will be held in treasury for future distribution. Following this issuance, the company’s total share capital now comprises 99,495,398 common shares.
