Archer Limited has successfully completed a private placement, issuing over 12 million new common shares, including shares for the acquisition of an additional stake in Iceland Drilling. The Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority has approved a prospectus for listing these shares, which will be consolidated under the company’s ordinary ISIN.
