This transaction has resulted in significant changes in shareholding among key stakeholders, with Hemen Holding Limited temporarily reducing its stake before increasing it to 30.64% post-transaction, while Paratus has divested its entire holding, and Lodbrok Capital LLP has increased its stake to 6.8%.
