Archer Limited, following a recent private placement of new shares, has decided not to proceed with a subsequent offering of additional shares. This decision comes after the market price of the shares traded below the subscription price, allowing shareholders ample opportunity to purchase shares at or below the intended offering price, thus mitigating the dilutive effect of the private placement.
