ARC Minerals Limited (GB:ARCM) has released an update.

Ian Lynch, the Chief Financial Officer of Arc Minerals Limited, has recently increased his stake in the company by purchasing 719,424 Ordinary Shares at 1.39 pence per share. This transaction boosts Lynch’s total holdings to 5,024,195 shares, which now account for approximately 0.35% of the company’s issued share capital. The purchase took place on the London Stock Exchange, AIM.
