Arbe Robotics (ARBE) has released an update.
Arbe Robotics Ltd. invites shareholders to its virtual Annual General Meeting on September 11, 2024, where key resolutions will include the election of Class III Directors, executive compensation, and increasing the registered share capital, among other agenda items. Shareholders can vote online or by proxy, and a quorum will require at least 25% of voting rights present. The meeting will also address the company’s 2023 financial statements and the appointment of KPMG’s Somekh Chaikin as independent auditors.
