ARB IOT Group Dismisses Accounting Firm

ARB IOT Group Limited (ARBB) has released an update.

ARB IOT Group Limited has announced the immediate dismissal of BF Borgers CPA PC as its independent registered public accounting firm. There were no disagreements or reportable events with BF Borgers concerning accounting principles or auditing practices prior to the dismissal. BF Borgers, now unable to practice before the SEC, will not provide the company with a customary letter of agreement regarding the change, as per regulatory requirements.
