Arafura Director’s Shares Increase Notified

Arafura Resources Limited (AU:ARU) has released an update.

Arafura Rare Earths Ltd has reported a change in the holdings of director Darryl Alfred Cuzzubbo, who through Kazubo Pty Ltd ATF Cuzzubbo Family Trust acquired 187,500 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.16 each. This transaction increased his indirect interest to a total of 637,500 shares, as part of the company’s Share Purchase Plan.
