Arafura Rare Earths Ltd has announced a new securities issue, proposing to issue up to 62.5 million securities under a securities purchase plan and an additional 88.73 million through placement or other types of issues. The record date for the purchase plan is set for July 23, 2024, with an offer closing date of September 9, 2024, and the securities are expected to be issued on September 11, 2024. The placement or other types of issues are set to be issued earlier, on August 1, 2024.
