Arafura Announces Director Christopher Tonkin’s Exit

Arafura Resources Limited (AU:ARU) has released an update.

Arafura Rare Earths Pty Ltd has announced the departure of director Christopher Stephen Tonkin, effective from July 26, 2024, as stated in the Final Director’s Interest Notice. Tonkin held 463,185 fully paid ordinary shares in the company at the time of his departure. No further interests in securities or contracts were disclosed in the notice.
