Aquila Energy Efficiency Trust PLC has successfully completed a tender offer for 18,561,732 Ordinary Shares, which represents around 18.6% of the company’s issued share capital, at a price of 94.28 pence per share. The shareholders who participated in the tender offer had their Basic Entitlement shares purchased in full, and additional shares were bought back on a scaled basis. The general meeting resolution to authorize the share purchase was passed nearly unanimously, and the settlement is expected to occur around 15 May 2024.
