Asian Pay Television Trust (APTT) has announced the renaming of its Audit Committee to the ‘Audit and Risk Committee’ to more accurately represent its ongoing responsibilities, including risk management and oversight of the company’s risk framework and internal control systems. The change aligns with the Singapore Code of Corporate Governance and involves no alteration to the committee’s membership. APTT is a business trust focused on pay-TV and broadband businesses in Asia, aiming to provide stable and sustainable distributions to unitholders.
