Asian Pay Television Trust (APTT) has announced a leadership transition with CFO Somnath Adak set to take over as CEO from Brian McKinley on August 1, 2024. McKinley, who has led the company since its listing in 2013, will remain as a consultant, while Annie Koh succeeds Adak as the new Financial Controller. Additionally, the company’s board is undergoing renewal with the appointment of new independent directors, bringing in fresh expertise from the Telecom, Media, and Technology sector.
