Aptose Biosciences Inc. has successfully completed a registered direct offering, raising approximately $4.43 million by selling common shares at $1.15 each, as well as issuing series A and B warrants. The proceeds are intended for working capital and general corporate use. H.C. Wainwright & Co. facilitated the transaction as the exclusive placement agent.
