The awards, which vary in number for each recipient, are designed to align with shareholder interests and will be subject to a two-year holding period for the top executives upon performance assessment. The company’s Remuneration Committee retains the discretion to adjust the total reward from the 2024 award based on overall company performance and stakeholder experience.
