Aptitude Software Group plc, a leader in finance transformation software, has reported purchasing 2,300 of its own shares on August 15, 2024, at a price of 354.50 pence each, as part of its Share Buyback Programme. These shares will be held in treasury, reducing the number of shares in issue to 56,825,298, which excludes treasury shares. The company’s share capital details are now updated for shareholders’ reference and further buyback announcements are anticipated.
