APT Satellite Holdings ( (HK:1045) ) just unveiled an announcement.

APT Satellite Holdings reported a weaker set of full-year 2025 results, with revenue falling 5.8% to HK$739.1 million and profit attributable to shareholders dropping 31.1% to HK$141.4 million, reflecting margin pressure despite stable satellite operations. The board maintained its practice of shareholder returns but trimmed the final dividend to HK6.00 cents per share from HK6.50 cents a year earlier, signaling a more cautious capital stance even as its APSTAR constellation continued to perform reliably and underpin wide regional service coverage.

The group highlighted the solid in-orbit performance of key satellites APSTAR-5C, APSTAR-6C, APSTAR-7, APSTAR-9, APSTAR-6D and APSTAR-6E, which together form a high-capacity platform serving broadband and telecoms demand in Southeast Asia and other emerging markets. Ongoing contributions from jointly developed and associate-operated high-throughput satellites reinforce APT Satellite’s competitive footprint in regional connectivity, but the earnings decline and dividend reduction may prompt investors to scrutinize growth prospects and cost efficiency more closely.

The most recent analyst rating on (HK:1045) stock is a Buy with a HK$4.50 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on APT Satellite Holdings stock, see the HK:1045 Stock Forecast page.
