APQ Global Limited has announced the successful passage of a resolution to extend the settlement date for its 3.5% convertible loan stock due on September 30, 2024. An initial payment of £3.5 million will be made to CULS holders, with the balance to be settled by March 31, 2025. APQ Global is an investment firm focusing on global markets, particularly emerging economies, with the aim of delivering attractive returns and capital growth.
