Appulse Corporation has announced the granting of 775,000 stock options to its Directors at 20 cents per share, exercisable over five years. Following the divestiture of its primary subsidiary last year and the subsequent shareholder distributions, the company is now focusing on new investment opportunities to enhance shareholder value.
