Mr. Costa is set to lead the advancement of Appia’s PCH Ionic Adsorption Clay project in Goias, Brazil, aiming to solidify the company’s position in the rare earth element and uranium markets. His role will be pivotal in implementing exploration programs and overseeing metallurgic testing to enhance the project’s potential.
