Appia Energy (TSE:API) has released an update.

Appia Rare Earths & Uranium Corp. has launched a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $1 million through the sale of 10 million working capital units at $0.10 each. This strategic move is designed to fund the company’s exploration activities in Brazil and to provide necessary working capital. The placement also offers purchase warrants, increasing the potential for investor returns.
