Appen Ltd. has announced a new securities issue, inviting investors to participate in a securities purchase plan and a separate placement. The company plans to issue a maximum of 2,604,167 fully paid ordinary shares through the purchase plan, with an offer closing date of November 1, 2024, and a proposed issue date of November 8, 2024. Additionally, they propose to issue a further 26,041,667 shares through a placement with an expected issue date of October 17, 2024.
