Appen Limited has announced the issuance of 16,636,646 performance rights under its employee incentive scheme, with the securities set to be issued on September 30, 2024. These unquoted equity securities are part of Appen’s ongoing efforts to engage and remunerate their employees, although they will not be listed on the ASX.
