Apollo Silver Corp. has announced a $10 million non-brokered private placement to issue 50 million shares at $0.20 each to fund their silver projects in California and Mexico and for general corporate purposes. Following the fundraising, the company also plans to consolidate its shares at a 5-to-1 ratio to reduce the total number of shares outstanding.
