Apollo Future Mobility Group Limited has announced a special general meeting (SGM) to be held on September 5, 2024, at the Lippo Centre in Hong Kong. Shareholders must have their share transfers registered by August 30, 2024, to be eligible to attend and vote, as the shareholder register will be closed from September 2 to September 5, 2024. The company will soon send out the SGM circular, notice, and proxy forms to shareholders.
