Apollo Entities End Substantial Stake in Beacon Lighting

Beacon Lighting Group Ltd (AU:BLX) has released an update.

Apollo Global Management, Inc., along with its associated entities, has ceased to be a substantial holder in Beacon Lighting Group Limited as of September 9, 2024, after having held a relevant interest in 17,598,698 fully paid ordinary shares. The announcement marks a significant change in the shareholder structure of the lighting retailer, with no consideration given for the cessation of this substantial holding.
