Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust Limited, also known as API, has confirmed advanced discussions for the sale of its subsidiary, abrdn Property Holdings Limited, to funds managed by GoldenTree Asset Management LP. This potential deal would include API’s entire investment property portfolio, except for the Far Ralia land interest. However, there is no certainty of a binding agreement or the terms of any potential transaction.
