ApartmentLove Inc., a prominent player in the online rental marketing sector, has successfully closed the first segment of its non-brokered private placement, raising $251,512.32 through the issuance of over 6 million units. Each unit consists of a common share and a purchase warrant, with the latter enabling the holder to buy additional shares at a set price within two years. The transaction includes participation from company insiders and is subject to a four-month hold period as well as regulatory approvals.
