The Apartment Investment and Management Company has scheduled its 2024 annual meeting for stockholders on June 28, 2024, a date that significantly deviates from the previous year’s meeting. Consequently, stockholders aiming to submit proposals must meet a new deadline of March 21, 2024, for inclusion in proxy materials and April 29, 2024, for proposals or director nominations. Proposals must adhere to SEC regulations and company bylaws, and those soliciting proxies for alternative director nominees must follow additional SEC rules and bylaws.
