APAC Resources Limited has announced a proposed bonus issue of warrants, offering 1 bonus warrant for every 5 shares held by investors, with a subscription price set at HKD 1. The bonus warrants will be available for subscription from 16 December 2024 to 15 December 2027, following shareholder approval on 19 November 2024. Certificates for the bonus warrants will be dispatched on 16 December 2024, with trading to commence the following day.
