APAC Realty Limited has announced the addition of Mr. Michael Yeh as a Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director, along with his membership in the Audit and Risk, Nominating, and Remuneration Committees, effective from 8 August 2024. This change in board composition will result in the company not complying with the Code of Corporate Governance, which mandates a majority of independent directors on the board when the chairman is not independent.
