APA Group has announced board changes with the appointments of Ms. Samantha Lewis and Mr. David Lamont as Non-Executive Directors, while Ms Debbie Goodin and Mr Peter Wasow are set to retire. The new appointees bring extensive experience in finance, accounting, and risk management, with Ms. Lewis expected to chair the Audit and Finance Committee and Mr. Lamont to chair the People and Remuneration Committee. These changes are part of APA’s board renewal process and will take effect from October 2024.
