AP Rentals Holdings Ltd. has announced impending board changes, including the retirement of Mr. LI Ping Chi as an independent non-executive Director and his roles in various committees, effective post-AGM. The company proposes Ms. LAM Sau Fung as his replacement, pending shareholder approval at the AGM, where she will also assume chairmanship of the Audit Committee and membership of two others.
