Aon (AON) has provided an update.
Edmund Reese is set to become the new Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Aon plc starting July 2024, succeeding Christa Davies after her retirement. Reese brings a wealth of experience from his time at Broadridge Financial Solutions and American Express, as well as previous roles at Merrill Lynch and Citigroup Smith Barney. His compensation package includes a $1 million annual salary, potential annual incentives, long-term incentive awards, and a sign-on bonus, with provisions for continued vesting in certain termination scenarios.
