Antofagasta PLC has announced the appointment of Tracey Kerr to its Audit and Risk Committee, effective from September 1, 2024. Kerr, who has been an Independent Non-Executive Director with the company since January 2024, will now play a significant role in overseeing the company’s financial integrity and risk management.
