Antilles Gold Director Ups Shareholding

Antilles Gold (AU:AAU) has released an update.

In a recent change of director’s interest notice, Antilles Gold Limited has reported that Director James Ronan Tyers significantly increased his stake in the company. On 16 July 2024, Tyers acquired an additional 5,010,499 fully paid ordinary shares and 2,505,249 listed options, at a total cost of $20,042.00, resulting in his new total holding of 8,677,391 shares and 3,460,880 options.
