Anteris Technologies Ltd is set to become a U.S.-based entity as the Supreme Court of Queensland approves meetings for shareholders and optionholders to vote on the proposed re-domiciliation scheme. The Scheme Booklet has been registered with ASIC and will be dispatched to stakeholders, detailing the process and benefits of the re-domiciliation, with meetings scheduled for October 4, 2024. Shareholders and optionholders are encouraged to vote on the future of the company, with the directors unanimously recommending approval of the schemes.
