Anteris Technologies successfully closed its U.S. initial public offering, raising approximately $88.8 million with shares now trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker ‘AVR’. The company’s stock will also be listed on the Australian Securities Exchange as CDIs. Proceeds will primarily support the development of their innovative DurAVR® transcatheter heart valve, aimed at treating severe aortic stenosis.
