AnteoTech Ltd has announced a change in Director David John Radford’s interests, where a total of 829,200 unlisted options lapsed with no further acquisitions, leaving Radford with an adjusted portfolio of ordinary shares and various tranches of unlisted options. The adjustments have been made in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.19A.2 and the Corporations Act.
